Don’t ask me how I found this, I just did ok. Yoga is one of those things that everything wants to try once, but actually rarely gets around to doing so.

This video has encouraged me to take it up on a permanent basis though, but only if these girls are involved somewhere along the line. They could certainly teach me a thing or two.

I never really thought of yoga being that sexy, having only really seen Geri Halliwell from The Spice Girls do it… she isn’t sexy. But this video has done wonders for opening my eyes to the reality of it.

So what’s the lose? You get to stretch and contort yourself in a room full of hot women, and then afterwards you have a six pack stomach to rival any professional sportsmen. Where do I sign up?
