The older I get the more crotchety I become. I generally don’t like people. And it doesn’t help when I see shit like this happening. People show themselves up to be idiots sometimes.

This video shows a gaggle of shoppers in a Walmart in Arkansas going crazy to get their hands on a waffle maker for $2. This happened on Black Friday, naturally.

While $2 is a great price, this is only a waffle maker. And one which only makes two waffles at a time, at that. Is it really worth turning into animals over?

That is what we’re seeing here: humanity going back to its roots. Thousands of years of civilization goes out of the window, only to be replaced by greed and douchebaggery. And all for a crappy waffle maker. How sad.
