Since the summer of 2003, the web sitcom ‘Something to Be Desired’ has been trying to show viewers how funny life can be after college.

“Because,” as the show’s creator Justin Kownacki says, “when you stop to think about it, the first 22 years of your life tend to be scripted, then suddenly you graduate and you realize you have no idea what you’re doing.“

Currently on it’s fifth season, this low-budget production dives into virtually everything twenty-somethings find themselves in daily: soul-searching, relationships, and career changes.

Screw The Suits

Unlike other web series currently floating around, STBD objective isn’t to be bought out by a large company and put on to TV. In fact, on the website they state that they are doing “all we can to avoid plugging into the system.” Their source of income only comes from ads they personally sell and merch.

Episode 1: Jack’s Back

In this first episode of STBD, the character Jack Boyd is introduced. The former WANT FM dj returns home for his sister’s graduation, and finds that his old friends haven’t turned out the way he expected.
