I think only Clarkson would think to let a Corvette loose in a huge expanse of desert and then go after it in a helicopter equipped with guns.

At least he is making it clear what he thinks of Corvettes.

I wish I could have done that with all the old cars I drove in my past. Maybe I could send a letter to Clarkson, volunteering my old vehicles for his…vehicular slaughter.
