This video is talked up as being an awesome, almost epic prank. It’s not. It’s an idiotic display of douchebaggery that may have had real-life consequences for some other poor sap.

On the face of it this is a nice little prank. Spray graffiti with a can of compressed air and the cops will soon show up thinking you’re tagging. Oh, the LOLs when you inform them you’re not.

The problem is this is clearly wasting police time, and while these officers are dealing with what they think is a graffiti artist they’re not able to attend other real crimes that could be taking place.

I don’t know, perhaps I’m taking it all too seriously. I just know that if I called the police and they didn’t arrive because they were dealing with a prankster I’d be pretty pissed off.
