If you own a cat, though own isn’t really the right word when it comes to having a cat as part of the family, then you’ll know just how much they enjoy being petted.
If you catch them on a good day and scratch behind their ears or under their chin then they’ll contentedly purr for hours. But did you know the same is true of big cats?
When I say big cats I don’t just mean large tabbies either. I mean lions, tigers, and, as seen in this video, jaguars. This keeper gives his charge some attention and gets one contented cat to show for it.
While this is amazing to watch, I wouldn’t dare do anything similar for fear of losing a hand. One false move and kitty would rip his arm out of its socket. Which isn’t so cute.
