It’s obvious that T.G.I. Friday’s restaurants were named by an optimist. For the rest of us, there’s I.F.H. Monday’s. It’s not too hard to figure out what the I.F.H. stands for.

I’ve worked in the restaurant biz more than I want to think about. For those of you who haven’t had the pleasure, this parody is more accurate than you might want to believe. Except that if someone serves you shit and then pukes on it, I think it’s safe to say that you would probably have better luck somewhere else.

I.F.H. Monday’s. I don’t think I would eat there, but that’s my new favorite saying.
