The Apple iPhone is a wonderful device. Those who own one usually love it to bits and can’t imagine not having it on them 24/7. Those who don’t yet own one usually have a sneaky desire to do so, even if they won’t admit it.

The beauty of the iPhone is how many things it’s capable of doing. From being an ordinary phone, to being a mobile computer, and much more besides. But could this be the best use for an iPhone ever?

This video shows a guy doing a cover of Imagine by John Lennon, surely one of the greatest songs of all time. And all he uses are his own singing voice and a keyboard application for the iPhone. Genius.

OK, so it may not be a patch on the original, but then covers usually never are. Would Lennon be happy with this? After all, he was advocating we give up all our worldly possessions. An iPhone is surely the height of consumerism.
