It’s Bourne movie lovers, but not as we know it. This trailer gives us our first look at the new Bourne-less Bourne movie, The Bourne Legacy.

With Matt Damon’s Jason Bourne stepping down from the movie franchise there’s a new kid in town. Jeremy Renner takes over the lead role as Aaron Cross, a genetically modified assassin on the run. David Strathairn and Albert Finner reprise their roles, while Edward Norton and Rachel Weisz add more new blood.

So can a Bourne-less Bourne work, or is it time for the franchise to fold? We’ll find out when The Bourne Legacy hits movie theaters on August 3.
