You’ll either love or hate the Twilight movies. These are movies (and books) that split opinion with very little middle ground. But Meyer has written something other than The Twilight Saga.

The name of it is The Host, and it tells the story of Earth and its inhabitants fighting for survival against a race of aliens called Souls. Rather than wage war as we know it they inhabit the bodies of their victims.

Just like Twilight, The Host also has a romance running through it. This teaser gives little indication of that, however, but will get the publicity drive for the movie started early. Which was always the intention.
