Paul Oldfield has been a professional flatulist since 1991. If you’ve never heard of that term it’s because Mr. Methane here is the only performing professional flaulist in the world.

At first, I didn’t think that this clip would have me balling with laughter. Fart jokes just aren’t the same when you’ve grown out of childhood. But, after seeing this modern-day “superhero” perform, I’d invite Fart Man over to birthday parties if I could stand the smell.

Rumor has it that when Fart Man was playing ‘Name That Tune’ on BBC Radio (using his butt of course) studio members left because the stench was too much to take.

As of 2007, Paul Oldfield has retired his Mr. Methane character. I wonder if he has Fart Man on his new resume.
