Tiger Woods is rightly regarded as one of, if not the, best golfers in the world. Not just now, but that has ever played the game. There’s just one problem – the man clearly needs anger management lessons.

There have been quite a few clips of Woods swearing or hitting the fairway with his club after a bad shot or round. But this time Tiger went a little further, actually throwing his club away while playing the Barclays Tournament.

I suppose it’s his right to do this – it’s his club after all – but there are a couple of reasons why this is really bad. First of all he could have hit someone in the crowd, and secondly, what sort of example does this set for kids?

The true test of a great sportsman is how they perform under pressure when things aren’t going so well. And it seems as though Woods isn’t at his best during these difficult times. Which is a shame because it’s probably his one flaw.
