Last year certainly was a great year for movies. Rather than a bunch of shitty sequels and Batman (2008 anyone?), movie studios churned out a great mix of comedy, drama, and action flicks. Here’s a 7-minute compilation of the most memorable movies of 2009.
Oh, and did I mention it’s in stunning HD?
I usually wait for the Academy awards before I re-cap the movies of the previous year, but this compilation got me starting early. The creator edited over 300 HD movie trailers over 12 months to make it. Everything just fits together so seamlessly- even the bad movies look good set to music!
My only complaint (even though I didn’t like it myself) is that “The Hangover” isn’t in the mix. Otherwise, this would hypothetically be the ultimate movie trailer to show someone who missed out on 2009.
