The Ultimate Warrior has died at the tender age of just 54. He was born as James Hellwig but changed his name to Warrior in 1993 to match his WWE persona.
Warrior was only inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame this past weekend, where he appeared to be in good shape. Sadly, days later he died.
Warrior started his career in the WWE in 1987, and his fight during WrestleMania VI in 1990 against Hulk Hogan is regarded as one of the best bouts of all time.
Hellwig leaves behind a wife and two daughters who, though they will be filled with grief at the passing of their loved one, did at least get to see him return to the WWE fold.
