16 year old Ashton Lundeby has been held in federal custody for two months now under the Patriot Act, suspected of being a terrorist. As it turns out, someone just hacked the family’s IP address.
On March 5th, armed FBI agents stormed the house and took the boy into custody. After a search of the house, they found nothing.
That, of course, was no surprise to the family, who knew Ashton would have nothing to do with anything like bomb threats.
Because of the Patriot Act, the family has absolutely no rights to even try to fight what has happened to Ashton.
