“Jamie Foxx is back in front of the camera months after his family announced that Foxx had “experienced a medical complication.”
“Foxx, 55, who was hospitalized in April, shared a video on Instagram Saturday, updating fans on his “road to recovery” and thanking them for prayers during his journey.
“”I went through something that I thought I would never, ever go through,” the “They Cloned Tyrone” star said.
“Foxx said that although he knows people were curious to see him amid his recovery, “I didn’t want you to see me with tubes running out of me and trying to figure out if I was going to make it through.”
“He went on to thank his sister Deidra Dixon and daughter Corinne Foxx, God and medical professionals for saving his life.”
