“Who would have thought a series focussed on a super-villain named Gru and thousands of tiny yellow creatures would spawn numerous feature length films, the last of which – Minions – grossed over $1.1 billion?
“After four years, the main-series is finally back for Despicable Me 3, with Steve Carrell, Kristen Wiig, and Steve Coogan all back for the sequel.
“Universal has released the film’s second trailer, debuting Gru’s richer and equally evil twin-brother, Dru, who is also voiced by Carrell.
“Notably, the Minions only make a fleeting appearance once more, the main concern being the brothers. ”
