I have heard that exercise can be of great benefit to those suffering from depression… but could it be the answer to getting of more than anti-depressants alone?

It makes me a little sad that it is just ‘too hard’ to do more studies on exercise. I mean… It would be great. I’ll sign up for a study! Pick me! I’m fat and ready to change!
I guess it’s time for my own medical experiment…
