It’s hard to go past a pumpkin cheesecake, but pecan pie is also a delicious addition to your Thanksgiving Day meal.

Okay, so I don’t actually celebrate Thanksgiving, but that doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate all the deliciousness that happens on the day.

Okay, so I have never actually had pecan pie, but I imagine that it is delicious!

I have to admit that I kind of miss the absolute indulgence that is Thanksgiving Day in the US. I miss stuffing and pumpkin pie – especially the pumpkin pie.
