As the wife of a Guinness drinker, I have quickly learned the steps to pouring a perfect Guiness. It’s possible to do it in one pour, but the two pour pint is much better.
I dare say that even this guy missed a few of the finer points of pouring a Guinness. For example:
1. Pour of a smidge before putting the glass underneath to reduce massive head.
2. For the second pour, push the tap in the other direction (a propoer handle will go both ways) for a smoother pour.
But then again, that’s just me and I can be pedantic even thought I don’t drink the stuff.
