The world of business and work has changed dramatically, but our system of ‘carrots and sticks’ continues to stay the same.

You would think that motivation is a simple science; you get more if you work harder. Easy, right? Well, not so much…

It is amazing to think about, but motivation is wonderfully complex. Why we’re not applying this to school environments as well as business ones is a bit beyond me.
