The new DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension), is the summer’s latest diet craze. However, revolutionary approach to eating, this diet is definitely not.
Stick a new label on it, but you still have the same old healthy eating advice you will always get: eat more fruits, veggies and whole grains. Skip the double bacon burger.
I get as excited as anyone else when something new regarding healthy eating comes out, but this is nothing to get excited about.
Don’t buy the book. Don’t get excited. This may as well have been called the ‘Common Sense’ Diet or ‘Things Your Doctor Already Told You’ diet.
