Freddy Krueger has been resurrected on Elm Street in this ‘re-imagining’ of the horror classic: The Nightmare on Elm Street.

If you’re not familiar with the movie, here is a brief synopsis:

Teenagers on Elm Street share a common bond as they discover they are all being stalked by the disfigured Freddy Krueger in their nightmares. The only way to stay alive is to not fall asleep…

I am disappointed to see Hollywood coming out with yet another remake of a classic, as least they are not fobbing it off as something entirely new.

I don’t see classic NoES fans being at all impressed with any kind of remake, though.
