Australians watched in horror as police put a fence around City Square in Melbourne and then proceeded to move people out by force.

What had always been an incredibly polite and peaceful protest went very, very wrong when protestors were issued a ‘move on’ order in the early hours of the morning.

And when some of the protestors didn’t move on, the amount of force used to move them was disgusting.

From walking horses into the crowd to reports of people being bashed against the concrete, occupiers are calling for a full investigation.

And the occupier’s legal team is calling for anyone who was injured.
