I’ve been watching these Life/Change videos all afternoon, and this is the one that I haven’t done and would like to do the most.
Moving more than you usually do is definitely beneficial, but 10,000 steps is a goal not many achieve without working at it, and it makes for a nice round number to shoot for.
I don’t suppose anyone out there wants to donate a Fitbit to help keep me motivated. ;)
I am a bit disappointed that none of them made the 10k every day, but… I really don’t feel like I should be judging anyone at this point.
