OBVIOUSLY this is not for most people and even doing it under medical supervision has its own risks, but man do I admire his determination.
No one blast me for unhealthy standards and all that stuff. I just enjoyed a documentary about a guy who set a goal and achieved it.
It sounds like he’s really changed his way of thinking, too, which is the important part.
