So, yeah, I’m guilty of riding on the fasting train for non-religious reasons. I thought it would be a great way to detox or some other such crap.
Turns out I didn’t even last the full three days because my blood sugar plummeting lead to things like nearly passing out in grocery stores.
And we all know how totally awesome that is.
