While this video isn’t my first intro to bullet journals, but it is the video that helped me to understand WHY bullet journals are the best for my brain.
You don’t ‘need’ to have ADHD for bullet journals to work for you – nor does bullet journals working for you mean that you have ADHD.
However, if you do – or even if you’re just otherwise a bit scattered or struggling with traditional planners – then the bullet journal could be the genius system for you.
