I would have thought that this was a given, but it’s always nice to have common sense backed up with scientific fact.
It’s easy to keep up with the exercise in the southern hemisphere given the beautiful weather we’ve been having over the holidays. I’ve been so happy to see so many people getting out an exercising.
I can see them through my window while I’m sitting at my computer and playing the latest games I’ve bought from the Steam sale…
