It’s always nice to understand what you’re doing to your body.
I have recently stopped drinking for empty calories reasons rather than anything else, but I have long been aware that alcohol being a ‘depressant’ doesn’t necessarily mean that you’re going to feel depressed.
Heck, by some of the drunks I have witnessed, it will never make you depressed… (Hardy har har.)
Anyway, maybe you’ve learned a little bit from this. The more you know, the better you go.
