i have the fear of ketchup. i can’t sit next to people eating it, i won’t touch it, the smell makes me sick… i got it on my hand at a restaurant and i ran to the bathroom crying. i just cannot for my life deal with ketchup.

I’m only 16 years old and i have Saltomaphobia, which is the fear of ketchup. I can’t stand it what so ever! I freak out and cry and run away. If it gets on my clothes i throw that piece of clothing away; I’ve thrown a perfect purse away before. And if it gets on my i scrub and scrub till i start to bleed. i hate it soo much.

I know how it feels like to not be taken seriously for our strange phobias, when i saw the bird and mustard video and when it showed pictures of birds i just freaked out. I have ornithophobia. And when i see birds and especially ugly ones, i tend to freak out. My friends make fun of me for it and always say “why are you so scared of it for? It’s just a bird, it won’t hurt you. Here let me go close to it.See? it just flown away, they’re afraid of YOU!” that’s what they always say. but they have no idea how mind blowing and terrifying it all is to ME. I just wish they can understand…

hi, i was checking the links of where my clicks come from for my fear of measuring spoons video on you tube, and saw your lovely site does this, but i think your text is wrong coz the text around my video says swimmer terrified of fish. please keep my video on here tho
