Will Ferrell and Dave Grohl Duet on “Leather and Lace” Video

25 sec read

In 1981 The Eagles’ Don Henley and Fleetwood Mac’s Stevie Nicks got together to record a beautiful duet called Leather and Lace. Now that love song has been revisited by Foo Fighters’ frontman Dave Grohl and funnyman Will Ferrell.

Dave and Will make an unlikely pair, particularly when it comes to singing love songs, but this is brilliant. Both stars don’t take themselves too seriously, which leads to a lot of laughs.

But the bottom line is that they’re both pretty talented musicians. Yes, even Will Ferrell (you remember The Producers, right?). So while the homosexual undercurrent of this duet is pretty hilarious, the song still manages to sound just as good as it did all those years ago.
