I still can’t believe that this kind of car is street legal. Here’s a video of the Hammerhead Eagle i-Thrust (aka world’s the most embarrassing electric car) being road tested.

“We failed to crack 60mph. In the end it reached 50mph in 16.6sec and ran out of juice at 55mph, making it the slowest car we have tested this century.”

The funniest part of the video has to be the rear-view mirror at the 2:11 mark. How bad must the car shake if it can’t even keep a mirror in place?!

In my humble opinion, if a lawn chair is going to be a driver’s seat in a car, then that car shouldn’t ever be taken seriously.
