Almost immediately after the Liverpool versus Everton game had ended, Liverpool Football Club sacked their manager Brendan Rodgers.
Rodgers had been manager at the club for more than three years, and yet they let him go, without any hesitation, after his side drew against arch-rivals Everton.
This video shows the sacking been discussed by a Die Hard Liverpool fan. He was rather disappointed to see Rodgers go, although most fans expected it to happen sooner rather than later.
Betting is now underway as to who will replace Brendan Rodgers as Liverpool manager. The odds are firmly on either Jurgen Klopp or Carlo Ancelotti.
