Rick and Morty fans have been patiently waiting for Season 3 to arrive for months now. The new season of the animated show has been delayed a couple of times, and people’s patience is wearing thin.
So, what did Adult Swim decide to do? They Rickrolled Rick and Morty fans, obviously.
Adult Swim posted a video titled “Rick and Morty – EXCLUSIVE! SEASON 3 Opening Scene”. But the content didn’t quite match the billing.
Instead, fans found themselves watching a cleverly edited sequence which turns old clips from the show into a version of Never Gonna Give You Up by Rick Astley.
Which is genius, if not really annoying.
