Square Enix are remaking Final Fantasy VII. And no, this isn’t a wind-up, it’s deadly serious, and Final Fantasy 7 Remake is actively being worked on in Japan right now.
This is the first teaser trailer, which shows how gorgeous the game will look, at least in terms of the cut scenes. It ends with Cloud Strife and Barret Wallace walking into view.
This will hold little significance for those who are too young to remember Final Fantasy VII when it was originally released in 1997, but the rest of us are very excited by this news.
