The 2008 Democratic National Convention is currently taking place in Denver in the US, where Barack Obama and his running mate Joseph Biden will be setting out their plans for the run at the White House.
While many people see Obama as a breath of fresh air and hope he wins the Presidential Election, there are many people, even on the left, who think he’ll just be more of the same.
Some of these people, from a number of different interest groups, are protesting outside the Convention. Fox News (unbiased as ever) decided to send a reporter in to the middle of the rally.
The crowd verbally abuses the intrepid reporter and then force the anchor to pull away from the scene by chanting “Fuck Fox News” over and over again.
I really don’t know what this reporter was thinking would happen?!? These people weren’t going to talk to some right-wing mainstream media organisation. In essence, Fox News got what it deserved.
