The new Star Wars trailer has landed, and racked up millions of views in its first 24 hours of being online. I think it’s fair to say the Force is strong with this one.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens is being released on December 18, and so this is the full and final trailer. It premiered during Monday Night Football in the U.S., and was then uploaded to YouTube.
Shockingly, for a modern-day trailer, this doesn’t give away any big plot points, keeping everything shrouded in mystery. Hell, Luke Skywalker only appears once.
The old characters clearly play a part of proceedings, but they’re being replaced by younger models, with Rey and Finn being the real stars of the show.
