To describe the oil spill in the Gulf Of Mexico as a disaster really doesn’t do it justice. It’s a disaster for the area, for the environment, for wildlife, and for the company responsible for the leaking pipeline.
That company is BP (Beyond Petroleum), which is considered to have dealt with the crisis particularly badly.
With that in mind, how would the company cope if it wasn’t an oil spill but a coffee spill on the table in their boardroom?
This video parodies the oil spill in this way. So we get to see the attempts made to clean up the coffee spill, all of which mimic the kind of ideas BP has used to try and get the oil spill under control. All of which have so far failed.
This video is very funny, but I doubt whether the board or shareholders at BP would think so.
