Colbert Interviews Founder Of Conservopedia Video | “Best Of The Public” To Translate Bible

Conservopedia, for those of you that don’t know, is a bastardized version of Wikipedia with conservative viewpoints including “facts” like: “…pairs of each dinosaur kind were taken onto Noah’s Ark during the Great Flood and were preserved from drowning.”

Hours after this interview was conducted, the website went down for a significant number of hours. Could it have been the work of Colbert’s loyal fanbase?

Colbert always amazes me every time he handles conservative nuts on his show. For the most part this guy doesn’t even know he’s being made fun of. He finally catches on with the sarcastic line, “I want to create my own reality like you do.”

I was curious to see if Wikipedia had anything about Conservopedia and, sure enough, they did. “Conservapedia is an English-language wiki-based Web encyclopedia project written from an Americentric, Christian conservative, and young earth creationist point of view.” Libral bias? No, more like the truth.
