I have never been very flexible my whole life, and was only able to do the splits for one tiny little year… and that was well over 12 years ago.

I try to keep some flexibility, but wow, this man definitely takes the term “flexible” literally. That is some pretty extreme contortionism when you can’t tell what part of the body is what.

Even this girl in the video is really flexible, yet looks entirely inflexible compared to him. Thanks but no thanks, I’ll stick to just trying to touch my toes.
