Australia’s Got Talent is all about celebrating quintessentially Aussie performers. No one embodies this spirit more than this week’s finalist, Deb “Spoons” Perry. In fact, I’m not sure people even play spoons outside Oz!
Her act starts out typically enough, with music fitting an old lady and a fairly tame, if impressive, spoons routine. But just when we wonder what’s left to see she kicks things up a notch and rocks out.
Deb smacks her spoons against every part of her body, including her head. And doesn’t the crowd love it? This is one very cool grandma!
