This video shows the Warren Elizabeth’s full speech from the 2012 Democratic National Convention. It was a speech in which she did as expected: defending President Obama while attacking Mitt Romney.
Elizabeth is a bankruptcy law expert, Harvard professor, and former special advisor and assistant to the president under Barack Obama’s administration. She is now standing as the Democratic Party candidate for the Senate in Massachusetts.
Other speakers at the DNC have latched on to particular groups they need to appeal to in order to win votes for Obama in his quest to secure a second term, but Elizabeth stuck to the mainstream with a populist speech.
Her ultimate message was that Obama will fight for the middle classes and not for the rich out to feather their own nests.
