Pop stars have gotten a bad wrap for lip synching in recent years. But maybe we shouldn’t be so hard on these musical starlets. After all, lip synching saves us from agonies like this video.
In it we see what Enrique Iglesias really sounds like away from the studio.
The story goes that a sound engineer accidentally left Enrique’s microphone on while he was singing to his backing tape for a TV performance. The result is excruciating. I was never a fan of his song “Rhythm Divine” anyway, but I’ll take the album version over this atrocity any day.
It’s just a good thing he’s pretty, right girls?
