Garth Brooks is coming out of retirement. News which has cheered literally tens of people.
OK, that’s a little harsh. I know in the U.S. Brooks is insanely popular and is likely to sell out all of his future live shows. Outside of the U.S. no one really knows who he is. Let alone cares.
Garth Brooks retired in 2001, only returning to do a four-year residency in Las Vegas. Now that has come to an end he’s heading back out onto the road again with a full tour in 2014.
If you’re a fan of country music then Garth Brooks is about as good as it gets. In all his jeans and plaid shirt glory.
