Mr. Bean is one of the worst characters to have ever graced the big screen. And I mean that in both senses of the word, “worst”.
He’s a terrible character in that he’s one-dimensional and really not worth watching. But he’s also a psycho underneath, on the cusp of going on a murder spree at any moment.

This video turns Mr. Bean into a murderous psychopath. The good-natured idiot is an act, and underneath surface lurks the mind and body of a killer.
Alternatively, this may just be someone recutting footage from Bean to make Mr. Bean look bad. I guess we’ll never know.
