Drinking and driving is obviously a bad idea. I would implore everyone not to do it. However, if you’re determined to get pissed and then get yourself home, don’t be surprised to find yourself being pulled over by the cops and asked to take a sobriety test.
If you know you’ve had too many and are going to fail, you could do what this guy does and make things a lot worse for yourself than they already are. How? By trying to take a swig from the breathalyser rather than blowing into it. Yes, that should do it.
This old guy is clearly out of his tree, and must be wondering why the nice policeman who has stopped him is handing him more alcohol. It would clearly be rude to say no so he attempts to take a swig. But it’s not a bottle, it’s a breathalyser test. Oops.
Even the policeman finds it funny although probably not funny enough to let the guy off with a warning.
