Josh Groban is currently embarking on his Straight To You tour across North America. And the fans are lapping up what he is bringing to the party.
I’ll give Groban some credit. He’s changing the setlist every night and giving the fans the songs they want to hear, and if you like his style of singing then I’m sure the show is a lot of fun. However, it’s not my thing.
I don’t think I’m alone on this, because I suspect it’s only women who like Josh Groban and are willing to pay money to see him perform live on tour. As a man it’s prohibited. Don’t believe me? Then just watch the clip and try to spot any men in the crowd.
If you’re a middle-aged woman then you’ll no doubt love a bit of Groban. Maybe he gives off some kind of chemical that holds off the menopause for a couple more years. Whatever the reason, he’s built a particular kind of audience.
