Steven Wright is considered one of the greatest stand-up comedians to have ever lived. Deservedly so in my opinion.
This video is a good introduction to the man and his rather unique style of comedy. If you like this then you should seek out more from Steven Wright, if you don’t like it then, well, you have no funny bone in your body.
Maybe that’s a little harsh because Steven Wright is definitely one of those comedians, and people in general, that you’ll either love or hate. As with a lot of comedy, you either get it or you don’t. And it’s hard to explain the appeal to those who don’t.
Wright, known for his crazy hair, off the wall jokes, and deadpan delivery, is now 55-years-old. But that hasn’t lessened his ability to make people laugh. Not everybody, but the majority. Which is a gift.
