The heterosexual people of Texas got a taste of their own medicine when, while putting forth legislation against gay marriage, they accidentally banned all marriage.
Does ‘oops’ cover this enough or should we go for something a little more dramatic?
This whole incident is incredibly amusing. Apparently the legislators need to hire a good editor because the English education standards are so low that a little bit of wording can screw over their system.
Yes, I would be upset if my marriage was suddenly null and void, but I still can’t help thinking, “Now you know how it feels to have someone tell you that you can’t get married.”
